iwearbaby policies
At iwearbaby we want you to experience the same joy and ease that babywearing has brought to our lives. In addition to the various warranties that each manufacturer provides, our policies ensure that you find the right carrier for you and your baby. Once you have received your carrier please contact us if you hare having trouble, we will be happy to help you.
SHIPPING: All in stock orders within the U.S. are shipped the same or next business day by USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation for $6. Insurance is optional and may be purchased through our store.
RETURN/EXCHANGE: You may return in stock purchases with its original packaging, instructions and receipt within 30 days minus workshop credits and shipping charges (including free shipping offers and actual shipping if over $6). Special orders are non-refundable. Products that are damaged, washed, worn, incomplete or over the 30 days will be issued a store credit minus a restocking fee. We reserve the right to determine condition of carrier upon receipt.
APPOINTMENTS/REGISTRATIONS: We understand first hand how difficult it is to get anywhere with a baby and exponentially harder with more kids. We love providing our personal service and experience to local parents and make every effort accommodate your schedule and situation while tending to our own families. Please provide us with 24 hours notice if you must cancel an appointment or registration so we may offer our time to another parent; to receive a full refund of your appointment registration please cancel at least 2 hours prior to an appointment.
PRIVACY POLICY: We provide our customers the same respect and support that we expect. We do not share your information with anyone. Our customers do appreciate being kept abreast of the latest products and specials; please let us know if you’d like to be removed from our announcement list.
SAFETY: Baby safety must come first and foremost! Our carriers are built to withstand normal use. Nevertheless, please check your carrier for wear or damage, iwearbaby is not responsible for how you use your carrier. Wear your baby with the same caution and care that you would use when carrying baby in arms. You are responsible for your baby’s safety; a carrier is only as safe and secure as the person wearing it.
ONLINE SHOPPING: We make every attempt to keep our online products in stock and up to date. Please keep in mind that each day we have local workshops, sales and shipments. We strive to update our website immediately after sales and shippments but from time to time our online stock information changes have to wait till the wee hours of the morning (thanks to our little administrative assistants...aka 4 yo and nursling). If there has been a change in our inventory at the time of your purchase that hasn't been reflected online, we will contact you with updated stock or shipping information for your approval. Please let us know if you have any questions at all!
